Golden Pond School establishes tuition as an annual amount for a school year (September – June). Our standard payment schedule is two installments on a semi-annual basis. We do offer, however, alternative tuition payment options to accommodate the differing needs of our families. We offer a discount, as noted below, for tuition that is paid in full. Additionally, tuition may be paid monthly. An administrative fee of $10.00 per month will be added for monthly payments. Monthly tuition is due by the first business day of each month with late payment fees incurred for payments received after the second and fifth business days of the month.
Tuition Deposit
A deposit of 10% of the total tuition is required for each child upon acceptance of the Enrollment Agreement. This non-refundable deposit is only applied to the June 2013 tuition.
Payment Options
- Single payment of entire remaining annual tuition due on or before August 01, 2012. (2.5% percent discount for 100% advance payment.)
- Two payments of 50% of annual tuition with the first payment due on or before August 01, 2012 and the second on January 15, 2013.
- 9 remaining tuition payments with each payment due by the first business day of each month beginning with August 01, 2012.
Activity Fees
We collect an activity fee each year, which covers our specialist programs including Spanish, music and art, as well as any on/off campus field trips throughout the year. The activity fee is $250.00 for our two day programs, $275.00 for our three day programs and $325.00 for our five day programs. Each fee is collected in two equal installments, payable on or before August 01, 2012 and January 1, 2013.
Sibling Discount
GPS offers a 10% sibling discount to our families who have more than one student attending GPS in the same school year. Qualifying students must reside the same household. The discount applies to the lesser of the tuitions. If there are three siblings attending GPS at the same time, there is a 10% discount on the two lesser tuitions.
