Golden Pond School Teachers
Golden Pond School’s commitment to quality is first and foremost evidenced by our teachers. Over the years we have assembled a dynamic team of early childhood specialists. We carefully select our teaching staff based on their education, training, experience and nurturing qualities. Our lead teachers include experienced, certified teachers (some with Masters Degrees). They are ably supported by our highly trained and educated teacher aides. Our teachers have an average of 14 years of experience working with young children, with several of our teachers having over 20 years of experience. As a further testament to the strength of Golden Pond School, our faculty has a very low rate of turnover. Once someone has joined our staff, they tend to remain with us for many years to come.
